The owner desired to achieve optimal investment in a way that conforms with the State’s policy in turning to the open market so as to attract Gulf investments. Therefore, the program submitted an overall and integrated vision to set an urban nucleus that attracts capital and investments in all tourist, recreational, and administrative fields. The project allows the possibility for all these land uses i.e. recreational centers/hotels/ residential buildings/ shopping malls/schools/hospitals.
