The land plot of this project represented a challenge where new government regulations for building recesses from the edge of the plot made decreased the already narrow width of the site. However, we were still able to meet the client’s program and added a diverse range of unit types and different uses to the project. The licensed project layout includes Residential apartment buildings, chalets, villas, and a hotel with serviced apartments, a commercial floor, and a sea-view terraced restaurant. The project houses a total of; 248 residential units, 96 serviced apartments, and 104 hotel rooms/suites.
