Rehab Family Mall

Within the framework of our understanding of the great change in marketing concepts locally and worldwide and through the mega urban extension in the communities, the design methodology of this project is represented in the way of our optimal exploitation of the location input that is distinguished by being located on the Central Spine of 6th October City. This submitted a new concept of the open shopping mall that involves both the currently common shopping mall and the concept of the historical marketplace. Furthermore, the image of the Egyptian plazas was included, recalling cultural geographical regions with their diversified features (Nubian civilization-ancient Cairo-historical Cairo). This was embodied in three major plazas that embrace these concepts; they are featured according to the heritage forms, besides the main shopping spine that links the exterior street with an internal shopping one overlooked by the three gates and plazas.
