The project comes under the state’s plan to support middle-income housing in new urban areas and provision housing units with a maximum floor area of 120 m2  Under the supervision and control of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and housing associations, to provide housing for their workers. In this sense, The project concept emerged on the garden-housing idea where we developed a block that permits to be detached or semi-detached for the formation of greener urban spaces. This shared urban space will be the semi-private garden for the surrounding blocks which provides a kind of tenure for these special buildings.
