The project implements the state’s vision for the development of associative housing, where a clear set of rules and regulations must be bided. However, at Khebraat we have imprinted our vision of a singular street where every unit in the project is connected to, thus, minimizing vehicle movement inside the project area to foster a safer environment for families. The project houses 173 Residential units, each with an area of no less than 120 m2 (As per governmental regulation).
