Middle-income Housing Competition

The competition was held among a group of offices where our Office got the second award; the first and third awards were canceled. The project is integrated as a model of the new urban extensions. It comprises a group of six-story buildings with 100 m2 to 150 m2 units. The idea of the Green Dream was implemented to embody the urban features therefore, the designs and the exterior forms of the residential units varied to cast a feeling of distinction, getting rid of stereotypes that often afflict such projects. Along with Central Park, green open areas embraced all residential groups; the project also involved an array of educational, administrative, and social services for the residential compound
