Due to changes in the project plot, which changed to a narrow strip of land, the layout of the project had to meet the housing association needs, in terms of available units, while still maintaining ample open space for landscape and green spaces. The project houses 450 residential units and commercial spaces and has direct sea access, which was highlighted in the project’s layout.
